The first floor corner offices are located in downtown North Kansas City, MO. 1/2 mile west of I-29 / I-35 on Armour Road (MO Hwy 210). one (1) block east of Osco Drug, on the same side of the street as Chappell's Sports Bar & Grill and across the street from Norbank. Free parking is located in front of the building and in lots to the south. The office is handicapped accessible.
The United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Missouri Court of Appeals Western District, Jackson County Circuit Court (Kansas City), Kansas City Municipal Court, and US Bankruptcy Court are located five (5) minutes to the south. The Circuit Courts of Clay and Platte County are located in their respective county seats approximately twenty (20) minutes away.
